There is a power within you, something greater than you and yet innate, this power has many names, such as God, Higher Power, Christ, Source, Awareness, the Universe, All that is, the Divine and countless others. The Unity movement focuses on searching for this deeper truth about who we are, so that we can live with greater freedom, joy and peace.

Here at Unity UK, we offer a range of tools to support you on your journey. These tools include affirmative prayer, affirmations, our inspirational magazine Daily Word, spiritual books and materials. We also run regular online and in person workshops, retreats, services and meetings, where you can explore these practices further, experience spiritual connection and meet others on a similar path.
Services
We will open the meeting from 2.50pm and invite you to stay afterwards to chat and connect with each other. Before the service you are invited to join us for an informal, open conversation. This month, Beth O'Connell will encourage us to share: How did you discover Unity? What attracted you to Unity ideas and principles?
Unity UK is the headquarters of Silent Unity UK, Unity's international prayer ministry, and Daily Word in the UK, operating at offices near Taplow in Buckinghamshire. Silent Unity is our prayer ministry, with volunteers taking prayer calls throughout the week and answering prayer requests by letter and email.
Unity is a spiritual movement which is constantly evolving, growing and changing. God is Spirit, the loving source of all that is. God is the one power, all good, everywhere present, all wisdom. God is divine energy, continually creating, expressing and sustaining all creation. In God, we live and move and have our being.
Daily Word offers practical, non-dogmatic spirituality and affirmative prayer as a daily support. The magazine is an invaluable source of comfort, guidance and support for prisoners, whatever their faith - or even if they feel they have no faith at all. For some years we have been sending free copies to prisons in the UK, supported by Unity members who have committed individual gift subscriptions to assist our prison work.
If you have felt blessed by Unity, you may like to give a donation (love offering) as way of saying thank you. As a charity without financial backing from any organisation, we are truly grateful for your love, prayers and financial support, which enable us to continue to help all those who turn to us.
