Services
Nick spent 30 years working in marketing agencies and corporate organisations so understands the demands made on people. He appreciates that deadlines, targets, clients, colleagues and budgets are just some of the challenges that can lead to unhealthy pressure and below par performance. His first ever staff yoga lesson was in a Soho based agency 20 years ago, part of a staff wellness programme.
More passive than other practices, you simply immerse yourself in the sounds and vibrations. A gong bath is also known as a gong meditation or sound healing meditation. The sounds and vibrations of the gong help you achieve a deep sense of relaxation - all you have to do is lay down and let the sounds wash over you.
A programme is created to meet each organisation's needs and objectives. After a trial period, feedback is gained from participants and senior management, results measured and adjustments made if required. A blend of physical and mental exercises for all levels, whether totally inflexible or expert.

I stumbled upon Nick's yoga and meditation online, only to find that on that actual day he had a small group of people meeting outside for a session. I bravely went along and felt instantly welcome. Nick's teaching is so calm and easy to follow I was completely absorbed.
I have since discovered Nick does online classes which is wonderful in your own home, particularly as the Gong meditation is so deep and relaxing it's perfect not to have to drive home afterwards

My partner and I have weekly yoga and gong sessions with Nick. We really look forward to these and are always grateful that Nick is able to adapt the session to our needs/abilities with ease, including during pregnancy. You can tell that he puts in the time and effort to make sure we get the most out of each session.
At the beginning my partner was sceptical of what benefits he would get from our sessions, however he has throughly enjoyed them and we have both had positive changes to our mind, body and soul. Nick is really wonderful and makes us feel very comfortable and explains every exercise

Nick is a great yoga teacher. I was introduced through a friend. Nick is friendly and we got on straight away, diligent in his sessions, helping guide you through and creates an amazing space for his students. Partaking in Nick's classes really is a joy. The relaxed teaching manner and explanation of each exercise and why it is good for the body makes me feel very comfortable with his expertise. I always feel invigorated mentally and physically after his yoga class. The gong class is a different experience altogether but I highly recommend this amazing way of meditating and relaxing. Anyone can do this and the sense of calm and tranquility afterwards is just wonderful.

Sessions with Nick are the highlight of my week. Not only am I able to exercise and stretch my body, but also, Nick helps me to find the strength to face things which are ahead of me. I've been a student of Nick Yoga Meditation for a couple of years and find that the learnings and experiences I take from Kundalini Yoga to be beneficial to my personal wellbeing and state of mind. That in turn helps me to run my business and my life on a more grounded and clear-minded basis. The breathing techniques alone help in times of stress or helping me to sleep more soundly. Nick was so helpful in designing a bespoke regular meditation programme for our work team, initially to provide relaxation during the stressful period of lockdown. His professional and friendly approach really helps to engage all those who never thought of participating in this healthy and relaxing exercise of both mind and body.

I would very highly recommend Nick to any business!
We used Nick for yoga sessions for my staff at my printing company.
The staff have been under a great deal of pressure recently due to the Covid crisis. They all found Nick's sessions so relaxing and therapeutic and have all said what an uplift they have felt from them. We will continue the sessions even when the crisis is over as I feel if you look after the well-being of your staff they look after you!

Nick kindly visited the MarketMakers offices in Portsmouth on Monday 16th September and provided a meditation day for any staff who wanted to get involved and learn Kundalini yoga techniques. Not only did this… truly open my mind to new meditation techniques to compliment my daily meditation but left me feeling relaxed and refreshed with a whole new vibrant energy to channel into my work and life. Nick is a wonderful yoga instructor. He has a very calming demeanour, which meant I felt very relaxed and considered after our sessions. He balances his calm and patience with constructive advice, so you get a lot from working with him. Some of the chanting was a little strange at first but I eventually found it liberating ;) Overall a highly positive experience.

Having had back surgery and really suffered with lack of flexibility I was a little concerned as I’d heard that Kundalini can be quite a strong practice. But Nick’s style was very reassuring, I felt like I was in safe hands and after I felt both calm and re-energised.
