Welcome to Churchfield School, a vibrant, friendly and happy place to learn and work. We celebrate the diversity of our school community and work to ensure that all of our families feel that their culture is valued and respected. We put wellbeing at the heart of all we do, for all members of our school community.
Whether through the Felix Project, uniform swap shop and bespoke support for families, through Place 2 Be for the children and well trained staff who help children who may be having a difficult time, or a well established Wellbeing Team for staff, our school community is a very happy one. Churchfield's SPRING approach is designed to create life-long learners who care about their world.

Services
At Churchfield School, we are committed to serving our community and recognise the multi-cultural, multi faith and ever-changing nature of the United Kingdom. We work to ensure that individuals or groups are free from discrimination regardless of faith, ethnicity, disability, age, gender, sexuality, political or financial status, or similar.
Churchfield Primary School admits 60 children into Nursery and 90 into Reception each September. The school admissions policy is in line with London Borough of Enfield procedures. The Local Education Authority is responsible for admissions to our county schools, and any parent whose request for a place is refused has the right to appeal to this body.
School governors are ordinary people from the local community who wish to make a positive contribution to children's education. They are the largest volunteer force in the country and have an important part to play in raising school standards. Governors are not involved in the day-to-day management of the school.
Gates to be opened at 8:40am We would like parents to choose a time between 8:40 and 9:10 to enter the school so that not all parents are arriving at the same time. A one way system is in place with free flow entry to avoid parents waiting outside gates. No KS2 parents (years 3-6) should come on site.
Our school uses the Parentpay system for payments of lunch money and other transactions i.e. Parents/Carers can pay for lunches via the Parentpay website (www.parentpay.com - http://www.parentpay.com) or with cash at the nearest PayPoint shop outlet using the barcoded letters provided. Please note: If you use Paypoint to pay for your child's meals, this must be done 3 days in advance to ensure the funds are available in time.
