This place is dangerous. Stay away! Getting worse by the day! A week to get them to fill a simple prescription (unbelievable amount of phone calls). And once their incompetence hits the weekend "Sorry you'll have to go to the emergency room, we don't fill prescriptions on weekends" Just don't even have a word!

I've never been treated so good at any hospital doctor Kane the ED doctor went above and beyond the see I was feeling better I was hurt and lost all feeling in my legs and also Courtney was an awesome amazing nurse I think All doctors and nurses should have just what they have compation and I'd like to add I'm like 3 or 4 hours from home the state of NY and they made me feel welcome

Standard of care from start to finish from outpatients to recovery from my back surgery was so professional. I was well taken care of at every stage by all members of staff. I can’t thank Mr Blackman enough for caring for me and sorting my back problem out. I found him to be extremely caring and understanding and was able to put me at ease about my surgery. The theatre and recovery staff that took care of me were able to calm my nerves and reassure me.

Just recently come out of there for a major operation all the staff and my surgeon were amazing with me apart from 2 particular staff who was on shift on my last day of release.... absolutely appauling rude ignorant behaviour i cannot fathom how they both have jobs there.... they caused me to have a complete breakdown due to there rude behaviour… and then made it look like there the innocent ones, so removing them particular nurses from my care and not including them in my review ( and I hope they see my review) they both know who they are!!! the rest of the team from 11th Aug to 13th Aug

Very very very very slow. Even in the emergency room it takes forever to be seen and when you go to a room your sitting there about an hour to 2 and half hours until a doctor finally comes to see you. Terrible bedside manners. I highly suggest going to Dartmouth instead if you have that option. Don't come here.

I never go to the hospital unless I'm just about dying. Last night, I went to the ER. My experiences with ER staff at other hospitals haven't always been great so I was nervous. My anxiety was quickly put at ease. The staff is super friendly and we're sensitive to my needs and understanding of my history and current situation. I could not have asked for a better team! Thanks so much, guys. You did great!

We had a very good experience at Springfield hospital. We went to the emergency room for my sons symptoms of a concussion. The administration services admissions woman was quick to get our info, and compassionate. The nurses were prompt and thorough, very comforting. The APRN was very informative and super thorough answering all of our questions. It truly was a great experience for a scary traumatic issue we were having. The waiting room was empty and quiet when we got there - so take that into consideration. But I would still highly recommend.

I fell on the ice in Feb. and broke a bone near my wrist. When we got to the ER I was pleasantly surprised. They had masks to protect you from flu available, and the woman who gave me the paperwork was thoughtful and kind. Next, another young woman took my stats and was also smart and pleasant. Everyone who treated me, from X-ray tecs to doctors had the same good attitude and professionalism. I recommend the Springfield Hospital to anyone with an emergency.
