I enjoy working for Capital as they take care of staff needs and interest via training, annual appraisal and a good salary. This ensures we are Compliant with both Legal, Admin and Clinical requirments. However as always there is room for improvment as clinical supervision and debriefing in the event of an incident will benefit nurses and would be be a selling point for others to join Capital. The Staff ar Capital are friendly and take a personal interest in the wellbeing of their staff.
