We offer free educational events for GPs, including morning and evening events and longer seminars. Please note - regrettably we are unable to answer specific medical questions or offer medical advice via internet, email or telephone.
We can care for patients who need to be evacuated or repatriated to the UK for medical care. We work with embassies to treat patients from all over the world, including the Middle East. Booked to stay for 2 nights as private patient - only stayed one as:
Initial room incredibly cold - ward staff came and told me it had been sorted when it hadn't, that an engineer would come that didn't. I ended up wrapped up in 3 blankets. I was reduced to tears at which point I was moved. Looking back at this I was very nervous about the upcoming operation and had already been asked to get into an operating gown at 11am despite saying that my operation was not until 3pm (it was eventually 4.30pm) - or would have left the room to get this sorted. Was told afterwards that heating in 5 rooms at

I attended Cromwell Hospital recently to see Dr Sukh Nijjer. I had been searching and praying for a cardiologist for 9 long years who could carry out appropriate tests for a heart anomaly called a myocardial bridge. I couldn't believe my eyes when I was researching one night and found a video Dr Nijjer had online. He is, without a doubt, truly amazing. He is so approachable and takes time to explain everything making you feel at ease. He is a very skilled cardiologist and you feel you are in safe hands from the minute you meet him. The whole process is incredibly slow and poor quality. If you need a PCR test for a procedure, you better call them because they won’t organise it, even though they say they will. My operation was cancelled because the anaesthetist was “stuck in traffic”. Pathetic, especially given the incredibly high cost. Just go to an NHS hospital, they’ll treat you with much more respect and it’s free

I was treated by Prof. Bodo Lipitz in gamma knife department. He is great specialist with great personality who has passion for what he does. Despite being very poweful person he is very humble. He is honest and direct. He explained everything in detail. He made decision with me not for me. He is very hard working that sometimes he had to work harder because some people in that department did not do their job properly. He deserves high salary he get paid. I was myself with him and I did not have to compromise. He engaged me in my treatment. He is just like Prof. Mark McGurk and Prof. Ian T Jackson

I came here for Thyroid Surgery and from the moment I stepped in the door I was treated extremely well. From the Receptionist to Surgeons I had 5 star service, they put me at ease and were very professional. I would definitely recommend this hospital to everyone.

I was an outpatient at this private hospital a few weeks ago and the service was amazing. I saw a brilliant doctor who was so understanding and willing to listen to all my concerns which put me at ease. It wasn’t rushed which was also good. The pharmacy gave my medications instantly. This hospital provides an outstanding service and I highly recommend. Thank you!

I guess it was the least informative and valuable full medical check-up in my entire life ( the same time one of the most expensive for my insurance company). First of all, I've been asked to pay directly to the doctor (despite it should be covered by insurance) +got charged more ( because the doctor sneaky called the appointment as a cancer… treatment follow-up instead of medical check-up). When the hospital and the doctor got their money, they just ignored me. It took me 4 weeks calling & emailing questioning about follow up and my test results. Even then, I have been asked to pay

Fantastic and caring people. My son Vassilis went twice to Bupa hospital . We went for ACL to his knee with an outstanding doctor Mr . Church first we put screws and the second time to remove them . Most importantly they are people with good manners and very helpful staff especially at 3rd floor that we were . Thank you for taking care my son and me you are excellent ❤️.

The most uncaring hospital in the country. they would not call the police when i was attacked and robbed outside the hospital. I sustained a broken shoulder blade, twisted ankle and had my iphone and wallet stolen. they refused to call the police and instead locked the door on me. the ceo has not had the decency or professional courtesy to reply to my email. Shocking behaviour
