My mum was admitted at Oaks with the worse experience she had ever received in hospital.
The admission team misplaced mum's Covid result, no communication from the staff to inform us till my mum was declined an access to the building.
Eventually, she was given another day for the operation, the ward staff were unbelievably lazy, physio not helpful when mum asked for help in pain.
Mum states she was fed-up hearing the ward manager's unprofessional sarcastic conversation to the staff and loudness on the ward, night staff constantly talking without answering call bell when you are in need.

I am an ex-Serviceman with 26 years Service. I was diagnosed with some spinal conditions about 18 months ago, but due to Covid my treatments have stopped. Due to my symptoms getting worse, my GP suggested it may speed things up if I had a Private Consultation. So I contacted Ramsey Health who gave me a name of a Spinal Specialist who can deal with… my conditions, they quoted a price and gave me an email address for my GP to forward on my Medical Documents. Day of appointment an Rowley Hall: 1. No Parking at 0830. 2. Poor Covid Measures on entering premises, staff walking around with no masks

Appalling customer service; private care should be a premium service given what you pay for it. This hospital seem to find it impossible to communicate effectively or provide timely responses to concerns. Staff are intransigent and unhelpful, and their processes are internally focused with scant regard to the customers they purport to be committed… to.
My procedure next week has been cancelled with no explanation as to why - I have asked for a a detailed response and received a less than satisfactory answer. I'd like to send my thanks Ms Rebello for her "empathy" - and I would suggest she

I had my preoperative assessment on the 18th of March which I thought was amazing the sister who I saw was so lovely which gave me high hopes, she told me lots of information but the main part which I thought was fantastic is that it was on the system that I was going down for the operation its self at 08.30am, this helped me so much as I find its… always the worst part of not know when it's your turn.
On the day (yesterday) I was told to start with I was going down at 09.00am which was fine only 30 minute's SADLY NOT.
The sister came over and then told me "they haven't got the part they

Although the imaging personnel were professional, I feel like Ramsay Health Care treat patients like idiots. Having dealt with several other hospitals over the years for MRI/CT scans, I was always able to have a copy of both the images and report for my records. However Ramsay refuse to give the report to a 'patient' despite the fact it is my body and I paid for it. There is no excuse for this and I will not use them again.

After paying a lot of money to my healthcare insurance provider for an excess, and for a non reimbursable referral from the private GP totalling £350 - I’m told with just days notice that my consultant is not operating on me and I’m being referred back to the NHS. “But to them it’s ok though because I’ll still be in the Ramsay hospital.” I’ve… really upset to have paid all this money out and the explanations have all been contradicting. After waiting years to have a surgery like this when voicing my concerns I was told with the most horrific
