We opened in 1993 and have always been a specialist Iyengar Yoga dedicated centre. Everyone is welcome at the centre, we have classes suitable for all abilities that run throughout the year.

Services
Just Yoga welcomes new students of all ages and abilities, whatever your previous experience. You don't have to be able to touch your toes or do the splits. Yoga is non-competitive but it is physically challenging as you are taught to explore and extend the capacity of your body. Our yoga classes will help you develop your body's capabilities and integrate them with a calm and focussed mind.
All classes and workshops at Just Yoga are conducted by teachers who hold the international Iyengar Yoga Certification Mark, a symbol of excellence and authenticity in teaching the Iyengar method in its purest form. Our teachers are dedicated to the practice and teaching of Iyengar Yoga.
They maintain and develop their teaching abilities by attending Professional Development Days, Workshops, Conventions, Classes and training with more senior Iyengar teachers.Melanie is the current proprietor of Just Yoga and has been involved since it opened in 1993. We are situated in the centre of Worthing close to the Pier. A 10-15 minute walk from Worthing train station, and practically next door to the bus station. Before 6pm most roads are metered. The Guildbourne Centre car park is open 24 hours. The Civic Centre car park is free for public after 4pm weekdays and Sundays throughout the year.

I have been attending Just Yoga classes for about two years, and looking through the reviews, they are all dated but still extremely accurate. This studio invests in clients and their wellbeing. It's not just a business, it's a tribe and a welcoming community. You should give this place a try if you are curious about yoga or a master. See if you like it.
Update: I LOVE this studio. I love the owners, the other yogis, the environment. I volunteer sometimes to cover the desk reception in exchange for free classes. I've started their yoga teacher certificate program and it's above and beyond all

I'm now a huge fan of Yoga, and " Just Yoga " is the reason why.!!!! ☝️ I began Yoga for the 1st time just 4 weeks ago and I am hooked.!!!! The only other exercise I am more excited about doing is walking 🚶because when I am walking, I feel ONE with nature...!!!!

Just Yoga is an amazing place to do Yoga. The instructors are very friendly and inviting and also very knowledgeable. I've been going to the studio for three weeks and been doing the Yin classes and already the pain in my leg is subsiding and I'm becoming much more flexible.
I would recommend the studio to everyone but especially people like me who are male and nervous to enter a yoga studio. At the end of the day I do Yoga for my own health and am glad I took the chance of checking out this studio. I was going to go to whichever studio emailed me back once I inquired with them, and Lisa emailed

After driving by the corner of Main St. and Ontario for several years, I finally moved my yoga practice from the typical "gym" setting to Just Yoga. I am so glad I did!! It was a new, welcoming, comfortable experience which I look back on, and wonder "why didn't I do this sooner?" Each teacher is experienced, creative, positive, and wonderful at giving each and every student options to have their own yoga experience. No matter a person's age, athleticism, size, or yoga experience....Just Yoga has an appropriate class where you can feel comfortable yet challenged and develop their own yoga practice

I started taking yoga classes at Just Yoga two years ago to regain my flexibility. I didn't expect to like it, just thought I'd do it to benefit my training, but I'm hooked, I go at least three times a week and I love it. Many different instructors with different styles, yet all are very highly trained and great people to practice with. Just Yoga has many levels and types of yoga making it easy to start as a beginner. They are friendly and make you feel like you belong the first moment you walk in. They offer different levels of pricing to fit your budget and schedule.

Love Love Love everything about this place. Everyone from instructors to fellow yogis have all been friendly, encouraging and welcoming. I have been to several studios and this one is by far my favorite. Each class has a great vibe and you are always encouraged to go at your own pace, if you are struggling with a specific pose not only are the instructors helpful but you never feel like the rest of the class is judging you (which I have sadly experienced other places). Once you go to Just Yoga you won't want to go any where else, I have several friends who drive 30+ minutes just because they love
