Hello & Welcome, I am Paul Ross, a Wirral personal trainer offering home visits, nutritional advice and personal training sessions in Zone Fitness Gym (Hoylake). I have over 20+ years experience in the industry and have time after time helped my clients achieve their varied goals. I offer a FREE consultation if you get in touch, we can get to know each other and sort a plan out for your personal training.

1 on 1 personal training at Zone Fitness Hoylake, we will go through a routine planned specifically for you. Get together in a group of up to 6 and spread the cost between the group whilst still having the expert advice from Paul Ross. Getting the right nutrition in is fundamental to any progress, you need the right food to fuel your workouts, recover, build muscle and lose weight, I offer free informal advice to all my clients.

The majority of regular clients choose 1 on 1 training because I truly cater everything just for you. During our consultation, I will learn where you are currently, what your aims are, what your limitations are and honestly explain how we will progress together. From here, I will design a proven workout suitable for yourself & your goals, structured in a way to get the most out of our time together.
Home Personal Training has in the past couple of years become very popular. Save your time (and fuel) driving to the gym and back and invite your personal trainer to your home. Another advantage of home personal training is that you will have a routine that you know you can do in your own home, no excuses for them days you don't fancy the drive to the gym!
I can cater for groups of up to 6. Group personal training is not to be confused with exercise classes, there is still very much a personal feel to this training; this is why I say no more than 6 people at a time. So, what are the advantages to group personal training? Most prominently, you can potentially save a lot of money, the cost is somewhat shared by the group.
