Postural changes can and do happen and one of the deciding factors will be how much daily positive feedback you can give your body. A keen runner, cyclist and triathlete, Duncan has been instituting what he felt was a correct procedure to counteract knock knees. On the left my client Steph shows Internal Rotation of both arms, elevation of left shoulder, slight protraction of shoulders, mild forward head posture and mild anterior shift of pelvis.
I came to Steve with bad back pain and sciatica. I was low on confidence and hadn't played football for 2 years. With his training in treatment I have gained my confidence and my back is the best it's been in 2 years! Steve's knowledge is second to none and he was able to bespoke the training to my injury and lifestyle.
I'm excited to load this one as a mark of respect for this great warrior, Father and all round nice guy. After his recent victory in the 'Road to Glory' Pro Kickboxing fight I thought it only right to show some of the hard work this man puts in every week. Not only does he make the 21/2 hour journey every Saturday to train with me (That's dedication right there), but he trains hard all week to achieve his success.

I’m not a big Facebook poster but thought I’d post this to give credit where it’s due. I had been training fairly solidly for about 20 years and as a typical middle aged man didn’t really think I needed educating in this area, however I was also acutely aware of imbalances that I had developed over the years. The Covid lockdowns kept me out of the… gym for long periods as it did for a lot of people. When they were lifted I took the opportunity to kick start my training again. Steve Dean was recommended by a mutual friend and I’ve been having weekly training

Just got back from a treatment on my back after putting it out over the weekend, and after only an hour I feel like a new person, Steve’s knowledge of the was muscles work and how to stimulate them is second to none.

You couldn't get a more personalised plan than with Steve, he is a legend. Today I was angry, so he changed the plan to boxing pad work, I left feeling soooo much better. He's been able to adapt my training around awful shift patterns, a poor lower back, massive weight gain and my poorly motivated attitude at times. I have made huge improvements in myself with his help mentally as well as physically. Don't underestimate him.

Been meaning to right this for a while been seeing Steve every week for nearly a year now as i have a gene of ankylosing spondylitis which stopped me running and was limping day in day out, ste has got me back to normal with the unbelievable knowledge he knows about the body, his Swedish massage to all types of training whatever is wrong Steve is really someone different than anyone else and couldn't recommend him or thank him enough
