I needed to get back into fitness after taking a very long sabbatical & I am so glad I decided on Beyond Fitness, what Jamie doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing. He has far & beyond more knowledge and commitment to his clients reaching their goals than anyone I know. The classes are great for not only working out but making friends I’ve met some lovely ladies. If like me you hate the thought of going to a gym where the clients are more interested in taking selfie’s then this is the perfect place for you, 100% the best 👍

At first point of contact, Jamie PT, really got involved in terms of knowing my background and being realistic about my goals. I started with the 28 day challenge and before this I felt fatigued, no real strength at all and overall had constant negativity in my day to day life. Before starting this challenge, Jamie had provided me with all the relevant resources and equipment to help get my started.
During the first couple of sessions, I noticed I was gradually getting stronger and was able to use this strength to aid me with harder workouts.

Jamie has opened my eyes to the wider spectrum when it comes to working in and around the gym.
His knowledge is more expansive than anyone I’ve come across in this industry.
He has helped me train smarter, as well as help me consistently smash my PB’s with my compound movement. I’ve picked up things that I doubt I would have learned with anyone else.

I have been working with Jamie for several years......excellent! Since the arrival of Corona virus we have been working remotely using my iPad and ZOOM Most successful I work harder than I do at the gym! I can thoroughly recommend working this way, I an certainly maintaining my fitness levels

My husband and myself have been attending Beyond Fitness for several months. It’s a very friendly class and there is much laughter during the sessions. Jamie takes a lot of time to explain how to execute the exercises dependant on each persons individual needs. We are noticing that our balance and strength have steadily improved since we started the classes.

“I was introduced to Jamie through a friend, who looks amazing after attending his sessions. I have never enjoyed going to the gym as I always felt intimidated and wasn’t confident using weights or the equipment. I would definitely recommend Jamie’s classes to anyone who wants to start exercising- he is encouraging and always gives us a variety of different exercises to challenge us. Jamie is approachable and has the ability to adapt any exercise to an individuals needs . I felt a little apprehensive about joining an existing class but I needn’t have… worried because Jamie made me feel so welcome and spent time showing and explaining the exercises to me. Jamie shows a real interest in his clients ,makes them feel at ease and is always very professional.

Jamie is an amazing PT!
I was incredibly intimidated by the idea of going to a gym but he has transformed me from a gym phobic to someone who goes 3 times a week and loves it.
He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, as well as having a great sense of humour. This means you always learn something in the sessions while having a great time.

I am not the most self-motivated person when it comes to exercise. I had previously signed up for a few gym memberships over the years but never stuck to anything - mainly due to getting bored of the same old routines.

I have wanted to get in better shape for years but never found the motivation. My life has completely changed since having Jamie as a personal trainer, both physically (I’m stronger than ever) and nutritionally. I really couldn’t recommend him enough, he’s amazing! Jamie has been so helpful since i joined beyond fitness. He has a vast amount of knowledge and has taught me things that i never would have known. He puts his knowledge in the sessions which are extremely effective and exatly what i need for my fitness goals. Beyond fitness is a very modern complex that is easy to find and has a great vibe as soon as you walk in the front door. As well as the brilliant fitness sessions Jamie also takes the time to really know you to see what your interests are, i told him my favorite music and the next week he had it playing in our session the next week which was
