Enjoyed a delicious Christmas lunch at Woods for our No1 Royal Crescent museum guides reunion last week. Staff could not be more accommodating, welcoming and friendly. Meal was tasty and enjoyed by all of us. Novel chocolate purchases at the end were delightful! This place is one of Bath's best and well worth the walk up the town.

Food and service were absolutely fantastic. We walked in for dinner and they were really accommodating to our 1 year old. Everything we ordered was amazing, from starters to desserts, and came in a beautiful presentation. Loved how friendly the staff were as well. Would definitely come back next time we are in Bath.

Went there last night and I didn't get to take a picture of the food, but the food was phenomenal, beautiful textures and tastes. The presentation was beautiful and the service was very very good. They managed to fit us in when we turned up, without a reservation (just about) while maintaining social distance.
They made our evening very splendid.

We came to Woods for a celebratory graduation dinner. The restaurant knew it was a special day for us, so seated us in a lovely little alcove. The staff were incredibly attentive (without being overly so), and the food was absolutely perfect. My grandma said it was one of the best meals she'd ever had, and at almost 90 she's eaten at a lot of restaurants! It's also extremely fairly priced for what you get. I would 100% recommend this place for any special occasion, or to anyone just looking for a lovely meal out! Thank you, Woods, I'm sure we'll be back soon!

Another delightful discovery in Bath! Quite by chance we happened upon Woods Restaurant on leaving Bath's Fashion Museum. Located in Alfred Street with tables both inside and out, we dinned alfresco enjoying a succulent goats cheese salad with rustic slices of bread. Excellent portions, lovely fresh ingredients and what was in that delicious salad dressing? Faultless, friendly (without being intrusive) service from all the staff - particularly the waitress from Bristol. We drank hot cappuccino's and watched the world go by. Perhaps worth reserving a table in advance if you want an outside spot
