Services
Our belief is the children who are part of Adel pre-school should be free to express, explore, be excited and inspired by the wonders that lay at our feet, above our heads and everywhere in between. We view children as competent, active, enquiring thinkers who instinctively engage with people, objects and events as they make sense of the world around them.
Raindrops are in our home from home environment with invitations to play and provocations to inspire curiosity and awe. They also have access to an outdoor environment at all times and are encouraged to explore, selecting resources and activities with help. Rainbows are outdoors at all times, the sessions start in the main outdoor area with invitations to play.
Children can start pre-school once they are 2 years old. We strongly advice registering your child as soon as possible to ensure you get a place. The half term before your child's start date we will contact you to arrange some settling in sessions, you can have 2 hours a week so can either do 1 x 2 hours session or 2 x 1 hour sessions until your child starts.
I am married to Richard and have four children Malachy, Finlay, Daisy and Sonny. I started work at Adel Pre-School in 2013 and during my time I completed Early Years Teacher Status and Level 3 Forest School, I took over as Manager in 2019 which was an exciting opportunity for me. I am great believer in children learning through play in a home from home environment.

Adel Pre-School Leeds have gone above and beyond for the children’s Christmas party today, Isla has thrived in everything since coming here she’s more settled and confident, I can’t thank them enough for the… care and support they give also the fun they bring so proud 🥰 thankyou to all the staff for being patient and helping Isla build her confidence couldn’t be more happier with her progress deffinatly a 5* preschool 😘 🎄

I cannot recommend Adel pre-school enough! It really has been a home from home experience for my youngest and he has had the most amazing time there! Like many children, Liam has been upset at drop off from time to time but staff have always been so lovely when I've left him and I have felt comforted Liam settled quickly. But most of all, had a… great day there learning and playing with his friends! Where do I start ... the ladies at this preschool are just brilliant! They really do care about the children. My little girl has now finished her preschool life ready for primary next year and even though this year hasn’t ended how we wanted they have made sure the kids are involved still by sending postcards, letters and even a medal to celebrate… their time at adel preschool. Phillipa has today made me feel so at ease for my son to start in September, he is a summer baby and I was worried he would be too young but after talking things through I am so so excited for him to start!

My daughter has had an amazing time at Adel Pre-School. The staff are brilliant with the children and supportive to the parents. Very Proffessional but welcoming and friendly. My daughter settled instantly and didn't have one bad day. That's pretty impressive! The outside area is awesome! It's been a faultless experience and I'm so glad we picked it. We will miss it so much! highly recommended! x

This is a fantastic pre school. My son has been here for nearly two years and has the BEST time. The activities are really varied, creative and imaginative. The outdoor space is big and has plenty of different sections to explore and they are out no matter what the weather is like. The staff are dedicated, caring and my son is very fond of them. The pre school arranged a few trips as well which were all excellent. A brilliant, brilliant pre school.

My daughter has been going to Adel Preschool since she was 2 and a half years old. Like most children initially she struggled with being away from family, but that didn’t last long because the staff provide such a caring and nurturing environment. Aanya has so much fun and loves having so many activities to choose from daily. The best bit is that… because the activities are fun and interesting, the children don’t notice that they are also learning. This has been great in terms of getting Aanya ready for the transition to primary school and whilst I know she’ll be sad to

Both my girls have been through Adel preschool, with my 2nd about to leave for primary school. Both my girls absolutely loved coming here everyday. All of the staff are amazing, I cannot praise them enough for… their dedication, knowledge, attentiveness and enthusiasm . Everyday is filled with new activities/experiences, there are so many different areas of learning. Wonderful preschool, wonderful staff, I can highly recommend.

My daughter has loved her her time at pre school and can highly recommend. Ella only started in January but she has loved every minute. She has gone in everyday with a smile and never wants to go home as there is so much for them to do. The teachers are great and Ella will really miss going to Pre school ( she thinks the teachers live there ) Thank you Adel pre school Ella has had a blast. Ella will be sad to leave.
