9.40am - Choose time - children select their own activities from all the different areas e.g. 10.30am - Snack time - Our snack times are varied; sometimes we have a caf style system where children are encouraged to access their own drinks/snack when they are ready for a short break. Alternatively all groups join together, giving the children roles and responsibility and experience of larger groups.
Snack time is enjoyed both inside and outside. 10.45am - Choose time - Another opportunity for children to play in the areas of their choice. Throughout the day members of staff will be on duty outside for small groups of children to access our outdoor provision. In extreme weather conditions physical play equipment is set up outside.

Services
We believe that children benefit most from early years education and care when parents and the setting work together in partnership. Our aim is to support parents as their children's first and most important educators by involving them in their childrens educationand in the full life of the setting.
Please contact us initially to express your interest. We will be happy to organise a 'show round' for you, so you can see for yourself just how happy and comfortable the children are and how responsive and supportive staff are towards their learning. Once your child has been offered a place we offer home visits and trial sessions to support both you and your child through the setting in period.
If your child is staying for lunch, you will need to supply them with a packed lunch from home. Our lunch times are relaxed and enjoyable, it is a social time where children can sit together (usually staff included) and interact with their friends. Adult support is always on hand especially for our very young children who may require help with feeding.

Both my boys (now 5 and 7) attended Little Learners. They are now dedicated, fun Learners! Can't praise the staff highly enough: dedicated, organised, approachable, caring, good communicators, and you only have to look at the faces of the children when picking them up to see that they are secure and happy there. If Ofsted want to ask me, I'll tell them exactly the same.
