Warley Pre School

Warley Preschool Ltd is owned and managed by Carol Sudder and Jo Hampshire. We employ highly qualified and experienced staff to care for the children. The staff have a wide variety of qualifications including - BA in childhood studies, Foundation degree in Early Years, Childcare level 2 and/or 3, First aid, Special Educational Needs and "Early Years Foundation Stage" training.

To provide a high standard of care in a happy and safe environment designed to stimulate and nurture children's growth and development. To increase awareness and tolerance and to help create a positive regard to a persons' race, culture, language and gender through the use of appropriate learning tools.

Your child is encouraged to participate in a wide variety of themes and activities provided in the setting though out the year. Our curriculum is based around the "Early Years Foundation Stage" (EYFS). The EYFS is made up of seven areas of learning. The three prime areas are - Personal, Social and Emotional Development, - Communication and Language and - Physical Development.

All children are eligible for 3 and 4 year old funding from the term after they are 3 years old. This funding is currently available for 15 hours per week and can be at the same setting or divided between settings. Please see web site below for more information. We are currently offering sessions with Action Kids, one morning a week (Thursday 9.45am - 10.30am.) Each 45 minute session is carefully structured with warm ups, core activities and calm downs, using lots of music with activities including dance, games, gymnastics and spatial awareness.
