Feels so good to support an independent retailer in Bromley, especially when the product is so good. The Cubo glasswear range is super cool and I'm now want sunglasses to match :) Great, personal service and a great product.

I got my favourite design glasses from Bromley branch. It had few issue but they went extra mile to resolve those issue. Very satisfied with their customer service and expertise.

I often avoided independent shops when buying glasses. This is because I felt like I'ld be pressured to buy something. I have always used spec-savers. Although cheaper the glasses in SS, the glasses are so boring and don't suit my face-shape. For this reason I decided to go into glasses lab because it looked like they had really cool glasses. I was amazed by how attentive the staff were (by the way I walked past the so didn't read the reviews before). Much to my relief it was a really relaxed service, the team found lots of glasses and made an effort to give their opinion on which styles suited
