All GP practices are affected by the current national shortage of blood tubes and are taking urgent steps alongside our hospitals to prioritise their use for people with the greatest clinical need. This includes testing for serious conditions such as cancer. We are following national guidance which has been issued in response to the shortage.
Services
After 6:30pm and before 8:00am, Monday to Friday, at weekends and on public holidays out of hours cover is provided via the NHS 111 service. If you require medical assistance that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please call 111, unless it is a 999 emergency. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.
If you are too unwell to come to the surgery, a home visit can be arranged by calling before 11am. A home visit will only be undertaken if there is a clear medical need as seeing patients who are able to come in at the Health Centre enables us to provide better care to those individuals and to our population as a whole.
The propellants in commonly used inhalers are powerful greenhouse gases. Even after the inhaler has been used, significant amounts of these environmentally damaging gases remain in the canister. Inhalers returned to pharmacies for safe disposal can be disposed of with other medicines waste. This is then thermally treated to destroy the greenhouse gases.

The worst GP. They only know how to say "please wait everybody are busy" and they are specialising on discrimination people from other countries. This what they doing best. I'm surprised nobody dane nothing with them since. Very rude medical personnel. For appointmen with doctor you need to wait 3 weeks minimum or you can talk with incompetent nurse.

Always helpful and friendly at reception. Can be tricky to get through on the phone sometimes but that's just to be expected for a busy practice.
