Services
Our vision for Donegall Road Primary School is to provide a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment where everyone is valued equally. We will be an integral part of the community, inspiring our children to be successful lifelong learners, effective contributors, confident individuals and responsible citizens.
Eco-Schools is an international award programme that is lead in school by Mrs Haugh; however the key team players are the Eco Committee who range from P4 - P7. The Eco team are focusing this year on healthy living, we are working hard to make good health choices, we are hoping to grow some herbs and potatoes this year.
The P.T.A. at Donegall Road is there to enrich the school experience for pupils and parents alike. We do this by organising a variety of events which present opportunities for parents, pupils and teachers to meet outside of the formal classroom environment fostering a community spirited school within the village.
Welcome to our class, we are a bright bunch in P1. Our classroom is a fun, safe and exciting place for us to play and learn together. We work hard everyday and make our class teacher Miss WIlkinson and our classroom assistant Mrs Priestly and Miss McAllister extremely proud. We love listening to stories and hearing about the crazy adventures of Ollie Owl.
Our P2 classroom is a happy and exciting place where our teachers, Mrs Capener and Mrs Curran, along with our classroom assistant, Mrs Hamilton, help us to learn and explore lots of new things. We love to investigate and solve problems. We love listening to stories and learning how to read and write.
