The studio is small but very clean and organised.
Teachers are down to earth and it shows how much they love sharing yoga with others . Students are nice , friendly and ready for a challenge with a deep sense of learning.
This studio is surprisingly better than many , including those bigger more posh ones .
Will definitely go back for more .

After a really poorly executed class I have to change this review. Teacher was incorporating Yin yoga in to a class and clearly had no idea on talking through comfort adjustments - which should not have been made, and when they were, they were poorly executed. Studio had a dated feel to it too, which is very surprising given it hasn't been open long - looks like it was done on the cheep.

Unfortunately one of the more disappointing yoga experiences I've had. Front desk attendant was very rude, reception room very crowded as was the yoga room itself. The salt at the front of the room takes up way too much space if they are going to book that many people in so close to each other. Plus the salt gets accidentally brushed on to the main floor so that it's uncomfortable if you stand on it. The teacher appeared fairly inexperienced as well. The "salty" image is meant to be calming I believe recalling the seaside, but the experience was very different.

Pink Himalayan Salt (yes, even the walls are covered) gives the small and intimate studio a warm and welcoming glow. I enjoy every class I take there, especially ones instructed by Amandine Babin and Clare Christie. They are both very open, friendly, and makes you feel at ease with their clear and easy to follow instructions. Amandine teaches Power/Vinyasa for all levels and her class makes you feel energised and ready to tackle the rest of the week. Clare teaches a Hatha/Restorative for beginners/intermediate class that is slower paced and more meditative and her class makes you feel serene and
