The course was great, very well explained, with all the safety measures a teacher should know, all the right instructions to safely get in and out of the poses. Agne and Richard are very experienced and sweet, I felt very cared for and well trained to be able to teach it on my own. The location was beautiful and we were a nice small group, so it was easy to ask questions and explore anything we felt curious about. Thanks a lot, I'm very excited to add aerial yoga to my yoga journey, and transmit it to my students.

Great class with Richard and Agne. The studio is not far from Stoke Newington train/overground station. Walk down the hill towards church street (ask anyone where that is) -full of lovely coffee shops. Once Clissold park is on your right- the studio is on the left- down an alleyway.
It’s airy, bright, warm and peaceful - seems like a lot of thought has gone into making it a nice place to be. I tried the dynamic aerial yoga having done some pole, silks & hoop in the past.
