I have been practicing yoga for 16 years now and every time I practice I still learn something new about yoga and new about myself. But it wasn't until I was pregnant with my first child that I eventually took a class. Almost immediately, the discomfort and joint aches I'd been suffering from throughout my pregnancy up until that point, just melted away.
At last, I am back teaching yoga in face to face classes! It is such a joy to be able to welcome you back to the beautiful Narborough Parish Centre for yoga classes on Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings. And how does one, by protecting others, protect oneself? I was very sad to hear the news of Caroline Flack's death this weekend.
