A great real ale drinkers pub, we are in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide again this year and offer guest ales alongside our regular beers. We like you to feel at home at The Pulteney Arms, in winter the log burner is always stoked, in summer the courtyard is a welcome place to sit in the shade under a parasol and watch the world go by.

Please be sensible and if possible wear a mask when moving around. Our names are John and Wendy Burke and we have had The Waggon and Horses for 19 years.

The Bell is a historic free house and music pub on the edge of Bath city centre: it is owned by around 500 of its customers, fans and workers under IPS CoOperative rules. We stock seven real ales plus two guest ales. We are in the Guardian and Observer guides to summer pubs as well as the Lonely Planet, Rough Guide, the Good Beer Guide and Le Guide

A truly proper old fashioned pub with a lovely atmosphere and ambience. Good beer and live music.
