It uses hypnosis, a natural state of calm for your body and mind where you can have focused attention on your goals and what you would like to achieve.
Anxiety and stress are very natural feelings which we all experience at some time during our lives. We have probably all felt nervous about a job interview, an exam or driving test. Perhaps you are feeling anxious about starting a new job or relationship, your wedding day, giving birth or financial issues.
Fear is a natural and healthy response that we all have to danger. Phobias however, are a much more intense and often irrational response than fear and can lead to severe anxiety and panic attacks for some people. A phobia is an exaggerated fear around a specific situation, experience or object. For example, a fear of flying, heights, spiders or visiting the dentist.
