My name is Kathryn Coughtrey and I am a Quest Institute trained Cognitive Hypnotherapist, based in Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire. My aim is to inspire my clients and facilitate the changes they want in the most effective way for each individual that comes to see me. Kathryn provides a safe, confidential space in which to explore and address issues. She is non-judgemental and has a calm, professional approach. Kathryn provides techniques and strategies to use after the sessions and can include audio recordings for use at home. I have every confidence in referring clients to her for help.
