Critical:Â Professionalism
Poor customer service. The receptionist is rude and has no clue what customer service is all about. I have been requesting for an official receipt and its been a struggle. I could not get a refund from my employer because I have been denied of the receipt. Lots of excuses and alibis.

Disabled Customers Avoid, Avoid,Avoid!!!!!
Booked a taxi from Elm Park to Ockendon. Highlighted that I was disabled and would be travelling with mobility equipment. That I needed either a larger car with big boot or an adapted vehicle.
Guy on phone was nice said no problem, I asked to pay on card they said sorry can't do, but we can take you to cash point.
Taxi arrived and it was a average car with a very small boot. The driver was very unhelpful, with a standard car/standard charge. I didn't expect help with mobility equipment but he could have assisted with bags.
I had to fold my equipment

Terrible service, really rude and aggressive driver. I had booked a cab from stansted airport to my home in Elm Park. I phoned the cab driver when I was in baggage claim to say that I was here and that I would be exiting from arrivals in 2-3 minutes and could he please let me know where he was. I came out and couldn't see him so phoned him back. He didn't understand where I was and I kept on telling him where I was, in zone D. This went on for a while so I eventually phoned him and said look where are you? Then he started shouting at me like I was the one being dumb! I told him there's only one

Terrible ........ I wanted a Cab with my seven year old daughter and the cab office door was locked .
Outside there was two cabs it was only 7.30 pm . The drivers asked where we were going , I think because it was a local fare they didn't want to take us.
I phoned the number on the door someone answered the phone and told me that the cab outside was ours . A silver car , I informed the person on the phone that he was driving off , he told me he had another job and left us with no cab. We ended up having to walk home in the freezing cold . So terrible I will not use them ever again 😡😡😡
