The Team at Crayford were a massive help getting me home.
My situation was that i got on the wrong train from Waterloo East and ended up in Crayford. I had no money on my card and my phone had died. Spoke to a nice gentleman that booked me a cab home. I told him i had cash at home to which he trusted me. Only waited 10 minutes for a taxi

Terrible service. Terrible experience. I called as an emergency for a very short trip, 2 minutes from base (I told myself previously I would never use this firm again...I should've listened to my gut). Told 10 minutes for taxi, waited an hour to find the driver had been allocated the job 10 minutes prior to arrival. I'm sure the the usual guys were still on hand to goad and intimidate the teen girls as they walk past. AVOID THIS FIRM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Taxi driver charged me more than usual by about £3 (I didn't see the meter going), normally is 7.25-7.50 today I was charged £10. Then he wouldn't accept £20 note because it was old and he said it isn't a legal tender anymore (which it is - I checked). I had to break even higher note and he complained about that because he had to give me change.
Very disappointed.

The best cab drivers around lovely, helpful, caring drivers who go out of their way to help older customers, who are always courteous, arrive in clean cars and are extremely professional, the admin staff are really helpful too. Would definitely recommend to all family, friends and colleagues to using in the future.

Awful service not even worth 1 star! Driver went to drop off point not collection point. Resulting in missing a Eurostar train which then cost me £60 in having to change trains. Have rang three times and emailed the manager but he has not responded or apologised. If you are a business owner you should accept responsibility when you have failed to provide the service advertised.

Awful service last night. Wanted a cab from Barnehurst to Crayford. Booked cab on line at 21:40 for 22:45. No cab by 22:55 so phoned to be told it would be about 10 mins. At 23:10 phoned again to be told it was at the roundabout at the top of the road. Cab driver phoned me to tell me he was in thamesmead and on his way. I phoned to complain and they sent me a different cab straight away. Finally got home at 23:30. What point is there in using the app and booking a cab early.

Very disappointed. The taxi was late by an hour picking my wife and 2 young children up from Stansted. My wife managed to get through quickly as she only had hand luggage and mainly because she received a text to say the taxi had arrived and was outside waiting. It was not and arrived an hour later. Had she known this was going to be the case she would have waited inside in a cafe with our children and got them something to tide them over. Driver

I've used 24hrs Crayford for the past two months. I just wanted to say that apart from the times when there has been traffic, I have had great service from these guys, every time I book a cab from sainsburys, the drivers help me every time as I have three kids with me all the time. The last time I booked a cab, the driver was so patience and helpful, because of an incident that occurred he had to drive around 1 hour until the issue was resolved. Overall I am really happy with their service and would recommend to anyone :)

We were at a wedding reception and needed to get back to London, so pre-booked the taxi in time for the second to last train just to be safe. When the taxi failed to turn up, I called to enquire where the taxi was and nobody seemed to have any clue what was going on. I had a few taxi drivers call me asking me where the venue was, even though I had given this information already. As a result we missed the train we were supposed to be on, and only got the final train of the night due to somebody from the reception at the reception giving us a lift. Unvelievably bad service. No apology. Do not use
