Good experience recently.
On-time, easy online booking, friendly, comfortable, good driver, cheap fare.
Had a bit of confusion over the congestion charge payment but the communication was good and the issue was resolved quickly.
I highly recommend to London2airports that they are clear about the congestion charge. Maybe include that in the fare.
Will use them again.

Avoid at all cost this is a scam. They give a quote on the website (with dates, adresses, nbe rof Passengers lugagges etc) and then tell you price is a lot more expensive and You as customer should read terms and conditions. Customers take time to fill in quotation forms to get a real quote not to get fooled by a company trying to make money this way

Very bad service. The driver arrived 15 min late. More importantly he was not a safe driver and constantly accelerating and braking and the experience was very unpleasant.
I don't think the driver was good enough to drive as professional driver. I do not recommend at any cost.

So bad service!!!! We booked a month ago and agreed to the price quotation on the website. We have an email booking confirmation email and thru phone but the last minute, they told us that the price has changed. DONT BE FOOLED!!!

Unfortunately I couldn't recommend this firm any longer. While I've used this firm in the past and have found them to be well priced and with a reasonable service, they have recently started to cancel bookings at short notice, both from and to the airport.
While they may be well priced, the fact that they cancel bookings at short notice makes them completely unsuitable for airport transfers.

I’ve been using them since 2013 but yesterday I booked my last job with them. I am never using them again and would avoid them at all costs! They charged me £30 Extra saying the driver had to wait an extra hour from the scheduled pick up time and for the parking. For the past 6 years I had never been charged for these things. They either changed owners or changes policy to earn more money but looking at the reviews they are only loosing customers and have just lost a loyal one! Charging hidden fees is no different than stealing.

I have been using London2airport for a while. In general their service is ok, however I had a very bad experience recently and decided not not use their service again:
I booked a taxi to pick up my guests at the airport specifying to go inside with a sign.
The driver (Rois) called me to give me direction to the pick up point, after numerous tentatives I managed to make him understand that I requested what written above. On top of that he didn't wanted to monitor himself the flight even though it's stated on the website.
Once my guests arrived the driver had already left and I was told they were

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Driver was 1 hour 45 mins late picking up at airport. Called and lied about how close he was. Was so late I was going to miss and appointment I had to get out after just a short distance with all my luggage and get the London Underground tube. The company has refused to refund even the journey was not taken.

They did not show up, and repeatedly lied to me when I called asking where the car was, until finally I had to call a very expensive car to avoid missing my flight.

They charged me for the service and it's taking me 5 calls and I still haven't been refunded.

I think it's a scam service, avoid at all costs.

Do not ever use this taxi company! Completely disgusting and fraudulent company. Booked a taxi with them for my parents arriving back to Gatwick airport. The driver called my parents and said he was going back to the car park because the parking was getting too expensive for him. what!? You had one job to pick up passengers and be waiting in the arrivals lounge. And they couldn't even do this. The driver could not speak english and my parents did not understand what he was saying over the phone. And the driver was no where to be seen. I have now complained to them only to be spoken to so rudely

Hi,

My family and I had the most awful journey today. We arrived at Gatwick airport and had booked a car for 1545. However, it didn't show until 1655. I wish we had made the decision to take the Gatwick express. We phoned several times and each time were told to wait. At no point did anyone express an apology for the delay. Our sms booking showed 1545, however their customer service said they often allowed for another 45 mins to ensure enough time for persons to go through customs. However, the car was still 30 mins late following that logic, and we had factored in time for transit regardless

I would not recommend using this service. We called the night before to book a car for the following morning to take us to Heathrow and they took our booking and told us the price. They told us the driver would call us when he arrives. We thought great, we're good to go. We get up the next morning, we're waiting for the call/car to arrive at the designated time and nothing. I call the guy and he tells me that they have no record of our booking and on top of that tells me that I must have called a different Car company. I had called the number that I had called the night before. Cheaky

Worked fine. But driver drove fast, literally speaking. And he couldn't find pick up spot with his GPS so I had to find him. Cheap also, relatively speaking.

Used the service a few time to and from stansted, good cars and came on time even when I booked it for 3am. They also collected me from the terminal after my flight landed which I was very happy with, in the past other cabs made me go and look for them in the car park.
