It is though recommended that face coverings still be worn in closed spaces, and, at the descretion of the business, can still be required. At Mason & Green we continually receive updates as to the procedures recommended, and will continue to do so for the safety of our passengers. It must be remembered that our drivers do come into contact with hundreds of people during their duty, so for their safety, and yours, we will continue to wear face coverings, and maintain sanitisation of vehicles.
The statement issued by TFL states, "TfL expects and recommends that passengers continue to wear face coverings, at all times, when in a taxi or PHV's."There are noted examples where exempetion remains: children under the age of 11 people who cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering because of a physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability where putting on, wearing or removing a face covering will cause severe distress if someone is speaking or providing assistance to someone who relies on lip reading, clear sound or facial expressions to communicate.

I have been using Mason & Green for the fourth time already. As a harpist reliability and punctuality are essential and they delivered that every time. I can highly recommend them, not only do they offer a great service but they do it with kindness and are always helpful. Particular thanks to the driver Neal who has been so helpful with my harp, for his punctuality, efficiency and kindness. Can highly recommend them and would definitely book them in the future when needed.

Let me tell you that Mason & Green will not disappoint you. We booked them for our second trip to London and what an excellent service they did for my family. Our driver was on time(even if we were not due to oil on the runway at LHR), long border lines and then COVID test. He was patient and very professional. On our way to our flat, he was giving us some tips and history of London which we appreciated so much. Thanks Mason & Green for taking care of my family and bringing us to our flat safe and sound. Excellent service-5 stars

We used this company for the first time to take us to and from Heathrow based on the very good reviews on Trip advisor.
We were not disappointed. The booking process was very simple and the price was reasonable. We were very impressed with the way they kept us informed about our forthcoming trip and gave us the contact details of the driver when he was assigned to us. Our driver Neil was very professional and helpful with our luggage. The car was in excellent condition and very clean.
I was a little worried about the petrol situation for our return journey and called the company. They reassured

Excellent service and very good communications. Our flight was early, but as soon as we landed, I received a text that the service knew of the change in time and was ready to pick us up as soon as we exited baggage claim. Our driver (who turned out to be the company owner!) helped us with our numerous bags and provided great information on the car ride. Would highly recommend Mason & Green and will happily use the service again.
