The Prices for Luton, Stansted, and London City Airports now include the Priority / Express drop off and pick up car park charges put on by the airport. An extra charge of 10 needed to be paid if the customer goes to the congestion zone due to the recent changes in the congestion zone charges. This charge applies between 6.00 AM to 10.00 PM - Monday to Sunday.
Our 7 seater vehicles can carry 5-6 people and 5-6 Suiit cases with hand luggage. If you are travelling as a group then book seven seater vehicles which made easy to travel & enjoy your long ride with your group and make it memorable. For a larger party going somewhere special. I phoned to ask for a quote for the price, they sent the cab. I had to call back to cancel this. I then wanted to book a cab I asked for it to arrive at 12:45pm. I booked this in and then got a text to say that the cab was on its way for 11:45 am. I called back to cancel this and then tell them that I booked it for 12:45pm. The cab Arrived at 1:07 pm. Disappointed in the service as we had an appointment to get to.

Very unprofessional and very bad communication. As the guy on the phone came up with the excuse saying the 1st driver has a emergency so had to ask another driver. And wanted to add £15 to the committed price.
Bad driver due to language and communication issues.
Had to wait at least 45 mins to find he was at the wrong place. Then did not have cash to parking fee. After all they terrible driving on the M11 got hooted at due to bad lane control. On top of all this he missed a turning added extra 40 mins to our tiring journey.
