The Willow Set was set up over thirty years ago and has grown into a well-established and highly respected preschool, wrap around care and holiday club. We are registered with the charity commission as an educational charity, whilst also being regulated by Ofsted. We are also a member of the Early Years Alliance.
We are based in the grounds of the Primary School in the lovely village of Stoke St Gregory; a rural village with a diverse and strong community, of which we are very much part of. We have an extensive range of indoor and outdoor equipment, and we often take walks through the village and explore the park.

Services
The Willow Set preschool is in a rural environment that includes families from a wide range of backgrounds including farming and willow growing. The setting opened approximately 30 years ago. We are a committee run preschool and operate from Stoke St Gregory village school in Somerset. The premises consist of a main play room area which includes a wet play area, kitchen, toilet facilities and a free flow outside play area.
We drop off at Stoke St Gregory Primary school for the start of the school day and collect children at 3.15pm. Bookings can be made in 30 minute blocks with a minimum of 1 hour but these must be made at least 24 hours before needed and are subject to availability. We also require 4 weeks' notice to cancel pre-booked sessions for term time bookings and two weeks' notice for holiday club.
Breakfast time - all children sit together, and have a huge choice of breakfast, including toast and spreads, cereal and make your own muesli, as well as a hot option each day, including beans/spaghetti/sausage and beans on toast, crumpets, croissants, sausage sandwiches but to name a few things! As well as this, the children can help themselves to fruit juice, milk, and water.
We also offer a holiday club called 'The Moor Fun Club', for children in our local community, outlying villages and towns to be able to access. The club started for 3 days a week but has proved so popular we now open 5 days a week from 7.30 am till 6pm.
We offer free flow fun for children from 2-14 years and each day have specific activities for children to enjoy and engage in including sports, gardening, arts, cooking and roller skating to name but a few.All of this is in a safe rich enabling environment where children can explore and make new friends.

The Sun Up, Sun Down club' will offer excellent wrap around childcare in a rich enabling environment, allowing children to prepare for their day ahead and relax after a busy day. The children will facilitate quality free time and play. The after school sessions at the club are where the children get to enjoy a fun filled time of games, play, creative activities and socializing.
