At The Outlook, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality student accommodation - all within a short walk away from the beach and town centre. With an exceptional range of facilities on site, as well as a warm welcome and 24/7 support from staff, we're the obvious choice for your student housing.
The deposit is refundable at the end of your tenancy - please check your Tenancy Agreement for more details. Cancellation policy - should you cancel before 2 weeks of your arrival your deposit will be refunded in full. Should you cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival 50% of your deposit will be taken and the remainder refunded to you.
It's of paramount importance to the team here at The Outlook, to provide an inviting environment that students can feel safe, secure and supported in. As well as having CCTV and fire alarms throughout the whole building, there is a team member on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide you with any assistance you might need.

I cannot recommend The Outlook enough! The staff are a delight and very good at making you feel at ease, and the location in my view is unbeaten, I can roll out of bed and be in the centre of town within minutes. I would highly recommend off-campus living, particularly as you will save yourself so much money living in the centre of town.
