Fabio Lauro as wolfox founder visions and inspires, while Antonio Bianco gives shape to our menus. Antonio was born and made in Italy where he was trained by Michelin stars chefs and has previously he has run local kitchens such Food For Friends. It is hard to find a chef who has worked all over the world in kitchens for 30 years with so little ego and so much passion.

Services
While we're excited to be reopening, our number one commitment remains the welfare of our community and our team as we take these first steps together. After close and careful consultation, we've put in place measures designed to ensure the safety of our employees and our guests alike. All our staff are wearing facemasks and we ask that all guests wear them as well until they're seated at their table.
From roasting the best organic coffee in house to serving delicious evening food, WOLFOX Chapters is a unique and innovative concept. It all begins in the early morning with roasting and brewing the coffee followed by healthy brunches and perfect lunches before the gran finale. The Food: Our main ingredients are meticulously sourced directly from small and mainly local producers to ensure they are the freshest and highest quality available.

Me and my friends were looking for a place to have dinner on the last night of our stay in Brighton and we chose to go to Wolfox Chapters because it seemed good and it was close to our house. I don't think we… could have ever imagined what was waiting for us: we ate incredible food (we still talk about the risotto with scallops and squash and the coffee butter), everyone was absolutely lovely and we even got a chance to talk to the chef working that night (he is Italian like us). We loved it so much we came back for breakfast the next day. The coffee and the muffin were both really good
