Great vets! I think they are honest, if they don’t think your pet needs to be seen - they will tell you. So no unnecessary costs. Always so friendly and helpful, would recommend to others.

I took my very ill kitty in but unfortunately she didn't make it. They were so sympathetic and understanding. Thought I'd be taking my kitty there through out her life, didn't realise that it would be just a one off thing and then lose her.
I'd put a post on the Next Door social network website asking for recommendations for vets in my local area. About 40 people replied and the majority recommended this vet. The first time I tried to make an appointment with them they were booked up at the local Dunmow branch so had to take kitty a bit further to their other branch. This spoke volumes to me,
