Keswick Hotel. What can I say. We didn't eat in except for breakfast and every plate was great. The hotel has a nice quiet little bar and stocked quite well.
The hotel itself is old and sounds old. Stairs are quite creaky and you can easily hear people going around.
We had the 4 poster bed in room 4 and I really hope they have fixed it as it was extremely noisy. Turning over in the middle of the night woke us both up. Lock down could have been spent trying to spruce the rooms up a bit.
The hotel is situated quite well. 2 minute walk from the center. Lovely view over the park and the water running

I had a fantastic long weekend in Keswick wild swimming and staying in this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating for times we could have breakfast. Grant was exceptional - he arranged for us to watch the euro final in a separate room and provided us with food and cocktails. The breakfasts were great - full English including a vegetarian option or you could choose alternatives. The only thing missing was jam for your toast. The hotel itself is quite old and tired but my room was fully equipped with everything you need and very clean. Would definitely

A good meal here.
This is off the main Street but well worth a visit. The menu, whilst not huge has enough to give you a decent choice. There's a kids menu, vegetarian and vegan options. The food is good, cooked fresh, decent helpings and at a reasonable price.
There is disabled access which is provided on request and works very well. This allows anyone to have access without difficulty.
There is a bar which has reasonable priced drink. There is also rooms if you so desire.
