At CODE Student Accommodation we welcome all international students, whether you are studying an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. If you choose us, we'll make sure you feel happy and safe in the UK - and enjoy a quality studio room at affordable prices.
Our mental health events allow students to enjoy farm animals, games, free food & Information. Aneesa has loved living at CODE as it's so convenient and would stay longer if she could. Having CODE organise your bills for you is something Riannah loves about her accommodation. Ashley enjoys having on site study rooms at CODE which he can invite friends to use with him.
Book a 'Classics' flat: use the gym, communal spaces and attend events at our Western Road site. Our CODE Classics are great affordable studios off-site, with just one flat available at 110 per week. Our website shows live availability - so you will only see studios become available again if we have a cancellation.
Our standard studios always sell out fast. They are our most affordable room but still include all the basics you will need, including your own personal kitchen and luxury bathroom. The room you're interested in is fully booked. However, if a room becomes available in the next 30 days, we can automatically book this room for you using our 'waitlist booking' system.

CODE has been excellent all year, has been a complete turn around since the traditional basic student house I stayed in last year. Buildings are modern, room is very well laid out, gym is excellent and the location is fantastic with DMU, the leisure centre and Tesco located so near by. The deposit from CODE was 300 pounds and they allow for general wear and tear - so a well kept room should have this deposit returned which is good as I had a bad experience with this last year with a student house. Overall - Very good - would recommend to those in their final year at uni!

If you are a student avoid these scam artists at all costs. They overcharged my brother and do not maintain their side of the contract - my brother has been waiting for months for them to repair doors which were missing when he moved in and they keep giving excuses not to - failure to withhold their side of the contract yet threaten and scare him when he makes a complaint - telling him they are going to put him into debt despite having paid his rent on time and in full for the coming months. I will be chasing this legally, the contract works both ways. Ignore the 5 star reviews, as you can see

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! Check the contract before signing. They say its bill included but there is a limit of electricity unit and if you cross it they will charge you extra. Would not recommend this studio as other studios by unite are far more better than and they have no limit on electricity. I asked them about this on their insta story and they didn’t reply as they were doing fake advertising. They dont even have maintenance. All the advertising are fake!!!! FAKE! FAKE! FAKE!!

I made a reservation on the code Leicester and while I was paying people were super helpful and super available to help.
One day after I paid the amount the first installment of the rent the canceled my reservation after having paid everything and after telling me that they no longer any room with the same conditions available, I asked for my money back.
I've been waiting for more than 1 month for my money to be returned and whenever I call or send an e-mail or

They don’t care about the students only profit purely. They don’t tell you about the limited time electricity then they start to charge without letting you know. Far more better accommodation in Leicester. Rats were found in D block 4 times . They workers that work for them just walk into students rooms which is unacceptable as you’d think they would knock. They don’t email you every month but claim they do and just charge you without telling you! Very silly

When I moved in, room had clearly not been cleaned, a highlight was toilet paper stuck behind the toilet, and hair in the shower. My oven was broken, and I didnt have a mirror, both of these took over 8 months for code to fix. However, when moving out, they charged me £65 in fees to "resurface" my hob, which again was left in a great condition having specially cleaned my room before moving out. I am of course disputing this independently. Code think students are mugs with unlimited money.

Honestly there is only great things to say about moving in to Code! The whole experience was smooth and hassle free. From collecting your keys to fully settling into your studio. All the staff around the site are so welcoming and friendly. Definitely makes living here that much better.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Code to anyone that is considering staying here, you wont regret it!

DO NOT TRUST THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS AS CODE GIVES THEM AMAZON VOUCHERS. Stayed at CODE and they DO NOT CARE about students. Was forced to pay even though University was cancelled and online. Even though students stayed, they charged more for electricity. The least they could do is return my deposit but they want to be difficult and charge for dumb things. The room was not even clean when I moved in. Was dusty and dirty. Majority of the students did not even stay and they had to pay so why are they being so stingy and rinsing students out. Would have given them 0 star if i could.
