I highly recommend this accommodation. The reception answered very quick on my enquiries and were so helpful on helping me out especially under this pandemic situation. They try their best to solve any problems that might occur before I fly out as I'm an international student so might as well ask them for any advise you may be seeking for. Also the studio's location is perfect for students who will suffer from the workloads in their final year since it is literally inside the campus.

The room is quite spacious for one person as well as having the washing machine in each studio are a hygienic point for anyone who doesn't want to share the machine. Overall had a super lovely experience while contacting regards anything about the housing.

Great, efficient, friendly. Simply Moving have had to deal with these on lots of occasions recently to move international students, they are very professional and extremely helpful.

Been with West manor student living for 2 years now and the first year was quite smooth on my path the 2nd was quite rough but I've gotten support along the way from the staffs, but especially Amy she's been there to help me with little things and big thing when I needed help, very NICE lady. Westmanor are an efficient and responsive agency. They have helped me massively in tenancy takeovers, regaining my tenancy back and even allowing me to get my keys a day earlier. They are very accommodating to their residents' situations and always understand circumstances.

This is a wonderful letting agency led by wonderful people. They're absolutely delightful to communicate with and quite professional. They didn't let me down once. The flat I got recommended by one the staff is fabulous with all facilities you need to, very clean, tidy, spacious, and in fact, beautiful. The view to Oxford St. is lovely as well, not to mention the big windows.

The building is also very close to DMU (1-3 min walking distance). I have loved everything about the apartment. The only minor comment I have is sometimes the neighbors can get a little too noisy, nonetheless, contacting the Westmanor Student Living team has resolved the issue.

First of all the help that I received from Charlotte and Donna in particular was second to none, very professional, helpful and excellent customer service, every question or enquiry I had was answered and explained and there's not much more they could of done to help me, I would recommend speaking to them about any issues or problems that you may have or if you wish to stay at West manor because they made my transition the smoothest it could ever be, I would give 6 stars if I could. Highly highly recommend!

The best agency! the girls who work in the office are so helpful especially Tina, charlotte and the receptionist there always so nice. any time I've had any problems it always gets sorted so quickly. thankyou for making my time at uni 10/10! 100% recommend.

I have been staying with Westmanor throughout my whole university life and their staff are very helpful. Evans phrase 3 is a great accommodation to stay! Great location! Build in washer/dryer! No extra cost on wifi/ electric/ water. It would be more perfect if they could add a parcel collection service. However overall its definitely worth to stay!

It is very efficient. When there is a problem with the house, the maintenance staff will come to repair the house the next day. The staff of the agency are very friendly and responsible, especially a manager named Sarah. During the one-year rental period, I was very satisfied with the rented house and the agency. I highly recommend this agency.

Dealing with Westmanor was very easy and efficient. They were helpful from the start to then end, allowing it to be an easy process in finding a house for my third year. We were able to contact them, reserve the house and get the contracts signed all very efficiently, whilst being given the chance to ask as many questions as we need. The finance team on emails were very good, and when I was called up, the woman on the phone was very kind and helpful. Very good company and would highly recommend to others looking for accommodation in Leicester!

My experience with Westmanor Student living has been nothing short of pleasant. With only 2 weeks to move into a studio flat in Leicester, I was looking everywhere for the perfect place. I found quite a few that Westmanor were agents for, and once I chose a place, Westmanor made it perfectly ready to move into within just one week! The ladies in the office were incredibly kind, they made sure to fill me in on all steps of the renting process (especially since I am a 3rd year University student on placement in Leicester, with not much prior experience in renting places).

Once I arrived, they showed me how to access the flat, and provided me with the wifi details too. However, upon reaching the flat I realised I didn't actually like the flat as much as some of the others I had seen online, but I had already signed my tenancy agreement. I was expecting a miserable stay with nowhere else to go, but as soon as I informed Westmanor that I wished to stay elsewhere, they immediately took me through the exchange/replacement process.

They gave me several other options of places to stay (including giving me 5 viewings the day after I arrived!), and promptly put my other flat back on websites for people to take over my tenancy. Within one week, they found a replacement, and today will I will be sorting out rent related finances and returning my keys. I cannot have asked for a smoother experience, especially since my demands were ever changing!

In short, Westmanor Student living have amazing properties and can assist you with finding the right one for you. In the event that things do not go your way or locations do not suit you, the agency have amazingly lovely ladies who help you find a replacement and another place to live in. Throughout the process, I didn't once experience any negative responses to my wishes, as they prioritised my satisfaction above all else.

After a series of confusing events, my friend and I have finally had the pleasure of sorting out our accommodation directly through Westmanor Student Living. Initially communicating through an Estate Agent, my friend and I gradually grew more and more concerned about the contract we were dealing with, as inconsistencies started to build up. When it got to a point where we were losing our confidence about what we were doing, we decided to go straight to Westmanor Student Living and left feeling so relieved that we did. Turning up unannounced and without any prior notice, Katie of Westmanor was more than happy to take the time to sit my friend and I down and go through the contract with us. Katie was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and contract, providing us with information about the property that we weren't initially made aware of, and even went as far as to contact the Estate Agents on our behalf, whilst we were there, to discuss where any confusions could have come from. Sarah, the General Manager, even came out to greet us and reassure us further.

This was incredibly significant to my friend and I, as it felt as though we were provided with not just humanity, but sincerity at a moment where we were truly feeling a bit lost and confused with the entire process. We now have the confidence and reassurance we need to go forward with renting our property. Thank you again!

Katie and Sarah were super amazing with dealing with my situation. Katie was so helpful and kind and it's a massive credit to the company as well as Sarah. 100% recommend booking your accommodation at oxford grange! Spacious rooms and at a good value!

Maintenance service resolves any issues within a week or two. However, I have received great help and support in repaying my over due rent. A good and manageable repayment plan was arranged by Nealam who also offered advice in regards to my personal financial issues. Great team, and lots of help from Tina too!

As a landlord, we believe Westmanor are exceptional and the very best in this business! Most of our students are very happy with their professional and friendly approach and, whilst the nature of student lettings is very challenging, they always do the best they can and deal with matters diligently to keep students happy. From Lettings, Finance, Maintenance and Health & Safety they cover it all very well with good and experienced staff. My sincere thanks to the full team! (especially Sarah, Sheryl and Grace). We highly recommend them for Landlords and Students alike.

After reading some of the reviews, I can totally agree with many regarding the landlords/maintenance issues which arise in any rented accommodation. But I have my parents telling me of their years of being students and the state of the places they had lived over the years, so for me, a few days without hot water and a dodgy window lock is nothing to complain about.

But I'm awarding 4*s based on my dealings with the ladies in the office who were very helpful regarding my signing up/moving in process, answering any concerns I've had and their promptness to any issues regarding the maintenance I've needed doing since living here.

I have worked as a contractor for Westmanor for over ten years now and i must say they are one of the best student lettings firms i work for, especially with their current members of staff and management. There are some negative reviews on here, but please bear in mind they are agents, working on behalf of building owners/landlords. They are the 'middle men'.

Some of the issues may be down to the landlord/building owner. Having said that, i have noticed a change in some of the landlords approaches in dealing with issues. Its not the fact that an issue may arise, it is how that issue is dealt with that counts!

Stayed with Westmanor between 2016 and 2017 in Oxford House. The flat could have been cleaner upon moving in. but who doesn't clean the place before moving in? The people in the office were helpful but e-mails did sometimes go astray (might be worth looking into a ticket system that could be kept track of perhaps?). Throughout the tenancy, any questions or concerns we had they were open to hear and help us with.

We did go through a point where we often had viewings scheduled to see our flat but it's to be expected. After leaving, we were given our deposit back. There's a lot of comments here about this so some advice: Make sure you take photos (dated) when moving in, and allocate a day to cleaning before you move out. Someone here mentioned they left chicken nuggets in the freezer when they moved out. why?

Of course you'll get charged for the removal of things like that. We're the generation where the unhappiest speak (or review) the loudest and it rings through these reviews. Approach accomodation sensibly and ask questions if you're unsure.

I am going to give an honest review here. I found this company by searching online and then heard quite a few mixed reviews from friends from uni. I was looking for a simple and affordable flat which was close to university for my third year and I did find that. I am currently at Lillie House Lodge and I love it. I have a duplex flat meaning my kitchen/lounge is downstairs and my bedroom/bathroom is upstairs.

At the beginning of my contract, I was unable to move in on time as the building was being refurbished and hadn't been completed on time. Which was extremely inconvenient and annoying as I had exams. However, Westmanor were lovely and sorted me out with temporary accommodation with other expenses included. They were nice enough to update me on the situation with my flat every morning and even helped me move out of my temp accommodation to Lillie House Lodge.

When I first moved in my flat still had some work to be done but the maintenance team were around the whole building for a good while to make sure every flat had been completed (and also to help us new tenants find ourselves around the new flats). Although Westmanor caused a lot of convenience at the start of this academic year, they have been helpful, quick and professional in resolving the problem I had. I have enjoyed my time living in this house at uni and will miss it a lot! Special thanks to the London Road office!

Firstly I would just like to say that after just reading the reviews I couldn't disagree more! The staff were helpful in finding the best options that suited me and my price range at last minute. The staff not only showed me what I asked to see from Rightmove but also showed me other options that I not only hadn't seen but also what I probably would of thought not to see.

They calculated the total rent for each month for each option and explained how the bills worked for each place. The lady who showed me around the flats was helpful, friendly and I couldn't of been showed round by someone nicer. Nothing was to much trouble. When I went in to pay my deposit the girls knew my name on going in, sorted out all my reservation paperwork fast and easy.

After a bad experience with renting previously with someone else they put my mind at ease and took care of things no problems. I have signed a contract to go with a flat that was recommended by them and couldn't be happier with my choice! Its a breath of fresh air to see a lettings company easy to talk to and friendly.
