Renting from Lufbralets was an absolute pleasure. The place I stayed in was lovely and whilst there were rarely any problems, Waleed was very responsive and quick to fix any problems that did occur. Waleed's service was great throughout the whole process - I didn't actually end up staying in the property but Waleed was very helpful in finding me a property to stay in and in the process of signing the contract. When my plans changed and I had to pull out of the contract it was very quick and easy and a replacement tenant was found within a week. I will definitely be contacting Waleed again if I need a property in Loughborough.

I have stayed with Waleed for 3 years now and I would highly recommend Lufbralets to any future tenants. Waleed is extremely organised and has always fixed any issues we have had quickly and efficiently. Having spent time at 72 Valley Road (4-5 bed house) and 103 Forest Road (2 bed house), I would recommend both properties.

Could not recommend Waleed highly enough. Having had a pretty awful experience in my second year he was the polar opposite. Testament to how good he was as a landlord was the fact I never had to call him out as the property was perfect and in great nick, if anything did go wrong I have no doubt he'd be out immediately. Overall I had a great year living in one of Waleed's properties and as said I could not recommend him highly enough.

I rented through Lufbralets in my final year and was incredibly impressed with the excellent property and service provided.
The flat was excellent and Waleed, the Landlord, was unbelievably helpful and friendly troughout the tenancy. I had very few problems and whenever there was an issue or questions from myself it was fixed or addressed incredibly quickly.
I cannot recomend Lufbralets highly enough for students!

I stayed for one year in one of lufbra let’s large shared houses. The rooms all had individual locks and were comfortably furnished. I really enjoyed having a sofa and a full length built in desk (it was massive). The kitchen is basic. Shared living space was minimal but sufficient most of the time. Finally, they are absolutely excellent at handling issues and are lovely people who tried to do everything they can for you! Would thoroughly recommend.
