We've come a long way since director Raffaele Russo started letting and managing properties from his Loughborough University bedroom! Always a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, Raffaele opened our first office in 2008 with great ambitions for the business. Since then, we've grown significantly, we now have over 3,000 tenants living with us and we manage over 1,000 properties across Loughborough, Hull, Nottingham & Leicester.

We offer a large range of high quality student accommodation for both University and College students. All of our student accommodation is comprised of carefully chosen properties provided by private landlords. We work in partnership with private landlords to provide up market and well-managed accommodation for students.

Established in 2008 but a decade on, we now let and manage over 1,000 properties to over 3,000 students across multiple locations. We place great emphasis on customer service, making sure you, as tenants, feel truly at home. I had a great experience from start to finish with loc8me. Sophie was extremely helpful, I had never rented before and she took the time to explain the process and made sure I was happy and comfortable with everything.

We are a newly formed registered trust raising money on an annual basis for our chosen charity MIND and other local charities within our community cities. We are established for charitable purposes only, so all our money raised is given to the specified charities. These charities are very close to our hearts.

Loc8me were brilliant in helping us with all we needed! We were looking for a 7 bed student house and they were great with answering all of our questions and were very good at communicating with us. They were especially helpful with all of our concerns and accommodated to everything we needed. Fern, in particular, was super helpful with answering all our questions and hosted a fab house viewing for us :)

We were searching for a while to find a 7 bed student property and we found our perfect lease with loc8me. Fern showed us around the house and was so happy to answer the many questions we had. Loc8me really made the process as smooth as it could be in this uncertain time and accommodated all our needs. I would highly recommend :)
