I stayed at Basecamp for two years, it's a great property in the centre of Leicester. Decent value for money with all bills included, rooms are spacious and the landlords are very attentive. Had a few minor issues across my time there which were either solved on the same day or the next.
Only thing I'd change is have another washing machine in the wash room

Currently a 3rd year student and by far the best letting agency that we have had. They have looked after us really well and sorted any issues that we had throughout the year, which were minimal anyway.
Would highly recommend them and a special shoutout to Charlie and Hannah who work for them. Go above and beyond what you would expect from a letting agency and out of the 3 years that I have stayed in Leicester, this by far has been the best and easiest stay thanks to these guys.

Stayed at Natterflats during my second year at university. Lander lettings were always quick to reply to our problems (which there were few) and the communal areas were always kept clean by an external cleaner.
We as a flat liked our agency and felt comfortable with them that we have decided to stay on with them for our third year at a different block of flats.

Lander Lettings have been an absolutely amazing lettings agency for us, I would say they are one of, if not the best in Leicester. All staff members are super friendly, and any maintenance issues are always dealt with promptly, the less could be said about other agencies around Leicester. On top of the amazing service you'll receive, expect a visit from Titch and Bonnie, two of Lander Lettings dogs!! Couldn't recommend Lander Lettings enough, you should definitely live in one of their properties!

Lander Lettings have been a pleasure to deal with, the polar opposite to my experiences with other agents who are more interested in profits than service. I have nothing but good things to say, professional, flexible, pragmatic, and very friendly. An absolute pleasure to deal with, and the best letting agent experience I've ever had. Cannot recommend more highly.

Horrible experience. Do not rent from these money grabbing scam artists. York House in particular (where I stayed) is the biggest scam of them all. Yes everything is new but they use cheap materials which damage easily then take the money from your deposit and even slap on more charges on top of it. There is a lack of privacy in that staff are in and out of your flat a lot of the time without warning. The WiFi is poor and the rent instalments are poorly distributed not to mention the ridiculous price. Please don’t waste a penny with these people.
