I called up and asked for help. Whomever answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I had not had an eye test for a while so I asked what would be their suggestion. They said, an eye test and that's £35. Great!
I was welcomed by all the staff and we reiterated what we had talked about on the phone and what we were doing today. All COVID guidance was adhered to and I felt comfortable.
When it came to pay I was charged the £35 fee AND a £55 fee, the first I had heard of an additional fee or a charge that was due to be greater than what I had booked for £35. I turns out it was for retinal

I can honestly say, best customer service I have ever experienced! Great selection of glasses, hand made, one off designs, everything from plastic, carbon fiber to wooden frames, reasonable prices, anything ranging from £50 odd to over £500. You don't find these as Vision Express or others! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to collecting my glasses, and using this opticians in the future. Thanks again!
