Leeson Family Butchers have been serving the Rutland community since 1998. All our free range meat is sourced in the Midlands and Lincolnshire, and we only work with suppliers who ensure the best possible animal welfare. We produce our own award winning pies and sausages as well as cured and cooked meats.

We only sell the finest produce. Our free range meats come from Packington Free Range and A Wright & Son, both of which support traditional farming methods and a high level of animal welfare. We make our own prize winning pies and sausages at our Oakham store, using Steve Leeson's family recipes. All the produce we sell we are proud to serve to our families, and hope you enjoy our products as much as we do.

Amazing Pork Pies but questionable ways of misleading customers.
"Do you want any Turkey put by?" - Yes please.
Went to collect, only to find they had decided to put by a "Bronze" Turkey instead of a regular one. £ 90
Paid but will never buy from them again - feel angry and cheated. A several times per week customer of several years has gone from being a loyal customer to one that felts so cheated they are now warning others.
Great shame, I will miss their pork pies - they were excellent.

While on essential business in the Oakham area decided to buy some sausages from this butchers. Bought 3 varieties (pork and Stilton, Rutland and and a 3rd variety that didn't have a name). 2 of the varieties were tasteless, the pork and Stilton had what can best be described as a hint of Stilton.
Also bought a pork pie with a stilton crust and sweet chilli sauce which was far tastier than the sausages
