In my experience this company does not offer a professional service. I can't comment on its management of tenants. But is does seem to display a contempt for landlords/leaseholders that is astonishing. I'd certainly like to speak with their directors about it but imagine it is part of the company ethos. Try it and see... At your peril.

Absolutely terrible service from the lettings agent from start to finish. The lettings agent lied about about multiple things including parking and the property being professionally cleaned, it's come to the end of the tenancy and we have moved and the land lord is trying to recover costs even though she did not clean the property before renting out. This company is very dodgy, I would warn any families or professional couples to stay away as they lie and try to take people's money. Beware!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
They do not reply to emails. They do not return calls. Reported a security fault at our flat (door could not lock) and it was NEVER attended to - we have since moved out. Waiting for our deposit to be returned almost a month later with absolutely no communication and constant follow ups from us.
