At Red Brick, we have a wide range of experience covering the property management sector. Ian has 22 years experience in Property Management previously working for Amber Management, Corporate Property Management, CPM Asset Management, HG Construction and The Hunting Gate Group.

Company year end accounts, Service Charge Accounts and Income and Expenditure accounts for clients. Arranging reactive and proactive maintenance and repairs on developments under our management. Modern developments may have a range of Mechanical and Electrical and Safety Equipment installed.
We offer a no obligation free management assessment, which will include advice and recommendations for your development. When we take over the management of a development our own management fee is fixed this then only increases by inflation each year. We do not agree with percentage based fees.

We are freeholders of a six-flat building and brought on Red Brick earlier this year to assist with managing our property. Unfortunately our experience with Red Brick has been absolutely awful. The issues are far too many to detail here, but include: conflicting guidance from managing directors; failing to share concerns raised by leaseholders in a timely manner with the freeholders; appointing vendors who cancel or simply no show, charge for services not rendered, provide poor workmanship, and / or fail to respond or respond timely to follow-up queries; failure to introduce and conduct handover

Absolutely appalled by red brick our lift has been broken for more than 3 weeks now. I have missed vital hospital appointments because of the lift being out of action im registered disabled and living on the 3rd floor I require a lift to get around. We got this property for disabled reasons and living right near to the hospital is great. I have rang several times and they say we will ring you back they never did. Over 50 people have reported that the lift is broken and I haven't seen one person come out and fix it. We are now looking to move due to the lift being broken more times than I can count

REDBRICK PROPERTY
260 flats without water and heating, been off for 5 days now.. Over 100 calls to rebrick .. have contacted building management and they keep sending the WRONG people, hanging up on residents and being rude to them. I’ve been on the phone at least 30 times to them, It’s been freezing here and I have a newborn baby. She’s on oxygen as she has chronic lung disease so we haven’t even been able to go and stay at a family members as our portable cylinders won’t last over night. We have been offered no portable heaters, nothing! they have said it’s not a legal issue and

After many dealings with this company. I have to say I'm very impressed. Alanna and Alex are always very helpful and I feel that im in safe hands. I had many a phone call with Alanna and she is always calm at a time I needed calm. After a lot of problems in my property it was sorted in good time and i have a lot of faith in these guys unlike some other "management companies" I have come across. Keep up the good work guys. Would always reccomend redbrick without a shadow of doubt. Thanks again
