Our building Freeholders, Directors of Right to Manage Companies and nominated Officers of Residents Association have secure coded access to the accounts for their building with a daily up-dated BvA statement and balance sheet. Individual long leaseholders can also have, via secure code, access to their personal account only and can view 2 years service charge accounts.

Hurford Salvi Carr block management department focuses on blocks ranging from 15 units up to the largest and most complex estates where there is a need for a high-level interactive professional block management service. For buildings under 15 units or for buildings with a very active high residents' participation, then our more targeted service offered by the small building management team may be more applicable.
We focus differently to deliver a difference to clients like you. A tailored service for buildings of under 15 units with a strong resident's support group. You can buy into our extra management services when and if you require and our fees will reflect this flexibility.

Unprofessional company who I believe there is FRAUD going on at HSCP and our management costs at our block. The accounts do not add up and they refuse to allow property owners to view the accounts which flags fraud to me!! I believe other should be warned I feel Hurford Salvi Carr Property Management is acting Fraudulently.

Previous review below but now updated - the personally mentioned below have sadly left the organisation and we have been assigned new management personnel who are awful. The quality of communication is almost non-existent and queries are barely followed up and minimal effort expended. Would avoid if possible (sadly not possible for us).

The worst management agents we have ever come across, I wish we could rate them zero stars!!
they do not return calls and they do not do the job they are paid for!! bitterly disappointed - their inadequate service & untimely decisions also cost their clients money. Ie we were told to get builders and charge the flat above who’d also directed builders - the work was done twice as HSC just couldn’t get it toghther... after numberous calls and emails the person taking the call could only justify Peter park being busy?!

I live in a block of flats managed by HSC. Couldn't be happier with this management company. Faith is my contact and has consistently come through and delivered on any issues I've had within the property over the last year.
Knowing she is just an email or phone call away gives me such peace peace of mind.

As far as managing the property I guess they are ok if a little overpriced since they fire extinguishers are in working order and the building is relatively clean. Not sure what else they do... In terms of communication and services to the leaseholders and owners of the property the responses and the level of service has been abysmal. I have been chasing them on documentation for 1 month now and the response has been ridiculously slow, rude and frankly showing disregard for the money they receive from the leaseholders. Their response was "we manage many properties which is why we are so slow".
