Trying to sell house. Require a “Freehold management pack” opened three cases online and on phone. No response, No one at firstport knows the status. Holding up the sale of my house. Purchaser threatening to pull out. Terrible customer service.

Absolute joke of a company. I have been chasing a management pack for the last month and half for the sale of my property. I have now lost out on both my purchase and sale due this useless company. Everytime I call all I get is "there is no timeframe" or we can't find you on our system. Don't waste your time or money with first port. As mentioned I've now lost my sale and purchase. Joke

The residents association took them to court and won. Still waiting for our money.
Issues remain unresolved for months or even years. No responses to calls or emails. They just take our money and do nothing. Worse managing agent ever.

Absolute joke!! we care about our customers!! as if, we are experiencing higher call volumes!! when are your hold times less that 45 mins!!!
I have been on hold for more than 12 hours being cut off most of the time. When I get through I have to fill out a request and someone will get back to me (shock not one person has). Emailed multiple different email addresses with queries and subject complaint (no response). I have logged a request on the portal on the 20/08/2021 (no response). I have tweeted (no response) left a trustpilot review (told to email/ no response).
My re-mortgage has been going

If 0 stars was an option, I would give that. The worst Management company, so slow at responding if they ever do, extremely slow at getting anything done & to top it all off we are paying the most excessive amount of Service charge which in the last 3 years since we have been in our Flat has increased by 50% - way over the above average of flats in UK for service charge. never ever buy a property that is owned by chamonix (now hiding under First Port)

Beyond bad
1 year with a leaking roof, that is not only damaging my home but also the integrity of the building - despite over 20 emails in 2 weeks for them promising and update and action: silence.

Every time it rains water comes in with the bucket needing to be emptied during the night.
Yet despite this, their finance team is on contact regularly regarding my now unpaid bill!

The worst property management company EVER! Completely incompetent, unprofessional and unorganized. They take clients money but NEVER answer the phone or deal with queries. I was on hold for 45 minutes chasing a management pack, when I finally got through to a clueless employee, they transferred me through to the wrong department and then hung up the phone on me! Diabolical customer service and this company should get shut down - they don't even deserve 1 star!!

Horrendous company. They are scamming every property they manage with bogus and fraudulent invoices. Residents are taking them to tribunal constantly and winning. They should not be allowed to operate. The photos are of mould that has appeared before and First Port allows it to go on for months/ more than a year before removing it! Property managers just fob you off and they make up invoice amounts and get their lawyers to try to make you pay. Avoid First Port!
