Guy Paul is a family run business which has been trading for over 50 years, one of the oldest in this industry. When we first started trading our main line of business was Bakery and Cake decorating tools and materials to trade and professional bakers. With the rise in prominence of the British Sugarcraft Guild and the demand for sugarcraft tools and equipment, our product range continued to grow.

Ordered back in March 2021 - pretty good service, though hard to get hold of. Ordered recently, and got no dispatch email even though payment confirmation came through. Sent MANY emails and Facebook messages with no reply, and no one ever answered the phone. Had to open a dispute with PayPal. No reply from the company, but eventually got my refund.

I'm still waiting for an online order 2 weeks after I placed the order. Have emailed twice, left 2 voice messages and messaged the company on Facebook. I'm not even sure they're trading. Very disappointed and will need to recoup money from credit card company if possible before reporting them to trading standards.

I have ordered from Guy Paul several times brilliant range of products but my last order has not been shipped. Its almost been 4 weeks.
I have reached out to the business on more than 10 occassions via emails and left messages.
The phone is never manned it always goes to voicemail. However, when you leave message there is nobody to return the calls. Nobody has cared enough to get back to me.
I could understand if there was some legitimate issues or reasons but as far as i can see they are just not bothered. Not as far as to even let me know what is happening. I sincerely hope they will reach
