Heidi has been bringing proper pastry and patisserie to England for over twenty years. The store was founded in Windsor by Heidi Daniel, who with Edward and Rory, continues to run the business today. These days the business is much bigger, with our Windsor central kitchen serving over six restaurants - including Caracoli in New Alresford and Foggs on the First Floor of Daniel in Windsor.
Although our kitchen has grown, many of our methods have not. With the help of a mixer and a pastry break, our team handcraft each of the hundreds of items we sell a day using traditional ingredients, many of which are imported from France. Our little blue van - Bakemobile 001 - then transports these products across Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire four times a week, where the items are proven and baked off each morning.

Part of the Heidi family since 2019, Caracoli Alresford retains the same values it has delivered for the last ten years. You'll find the same excellent coffee and tea, handmade cakes, savoury bakes and specialist foods and food-related gifts in our original Alresford store. The Coffee Shop serves excellent coffee and tea, handmade cakes, savoury bakes and seasonal goodies.
Here at Heidi, much like the traditional boulangerie or patisserie, we don't have a fixed menu. What you'll find in our shops depends on the season, time of day and how peckish our customers have been. Rather than put a menu together, we've put a A-Z guide, which is indicative of the type of thing you'll find on sale at all of our branches.
Heidi at Home is temporarily paused whilst we divert all our kitchen team to overcome industry-wide hospitality challenges. Heidi at Home is a beautifully curated selection of bakery goods and treats made to order and then delivered to any of our stores for collection. Browse online, select a cake with any personalisation and it's then handmade by one of our talented ptissieres.
The Heidi app is now available for both iOS and Android devices and allows for quick and easy ordering, payment and loyalty card stamp collection. Order and pay ahead - your in-app order goes directly to our baristas as if you had queued! Opt-in to marketing communications for loads of special offers we plan to deploy using the app.

Please think of more of a selection for Coeliacs. We need our food wrapped not put out on display so that it can be cross contaminated. Also, we all get fed up with your very small selection of biscuits at the check out, as everyone does the same selection. Please give us a thought and not penalise us. We cannot help being a Coeliac
