Just wanted to let you know that I have noticed how much your yoga has helped me. Especially within my nursing, making me realise when to breathe and also in general just having an amazing and positive outlook on everything. Although I'm not stress or anxiety free (impossible I know) I feel like yoga has helped me manage it so much better.
So yes just a big thank you as I have noticed how calm I am in stressful situations recently! Annabel is a considerate and skillful teacher, who enables each person in our (mixed ability) group to shine. She helps individuals where needed, pushes us to reach our potential when appropriate and when wanted, always allowing everyone to develop in their own time.

Annabel's yoga class leaves me feeling very calm and relaxed. I find yoga gives me a sense of physical and mental well-being and is an excellent way to help deal with stress. Fill in a health questionnaire if you are new to me or haven't been to my classes for a long time. Turn up to class with a yoga mat (if you have one, if not a blanket or towel will do), water, a blanket for relaxation and anything else you might need to make you comfortable.
It was so lovely to meet you, experience the yoga you teach to children and adults AND try AcroYoga. The latter was an unexpected delight and not something I would have considered at all but you showed me what is possible and I loved it. The children's class was a lot of fun for the whole family. You have a gentle, relaxed yet fun approach and a compelling way of commanding your lively audience.
Discover how to brainstorm more effectively as we explore how different physical poses affect the types of thoughts and ideas which arise in our mind. If you have wanted to meditate but weren't sure how or whether you were doing it right, this is the workshop for you. It will break some myths about and obstacles to meditation as well as teaching simple ways of meditating.
Annabel is a very gifted and attentive teacher and her classes incorporated relaxation, warming up, stretching and slow or dynamic yoga poses. The classes were carefully prepared and all levels were made to feel at ease so that they could practice witihin their own abilities. I will definitely sign up for one of Annabel's yoga retreats next year.
The weekly Yoga session provides a rare window of opportunity to relax in our busy lives, and to loosen and stretch our bodies that have probably been sitting far too long at our desks. Annabel's classes are suitable for all, and you really do leave with a wonderful sense of well-being. At the start of every class Annabel talks to us and asks about our mood and energy levels as well as what we want to achieve in this class.

I have previously struggled to get into yoga and started doing Annabel's classes during lockdown. Against all my expectations, I got somewhat addicted and am now doing 3 of her classes each week! I think she is great. Her teaching style is excellent, very engaging and caring, and she manages to accommodate mixed abilities and different requirements without issue. She also has a very nice way of saying you are doing something wrong, so beginners have nothing to fear! For me personally, the benefits of Annabel's classes have been numerous but include better flexibility and greater calm. I really

I'm not a yoga person really, but Annabel brings a quiet confidence and more than a simple acceptance of people of all levels. She gives time and attention to each individual, providing alternatives where necessary and adjusting to various needs and abilities seamlessly and without fanfare. Her classes are always welcoming and educational. Definitely one to recommend.

Annabel is a really fantastic yoga teacher and is very attentive to her students needs. She adapts the yoga poses where needed if you have any injuries or issues. Her yoga classes are set at a good pace and she always asks what people would like to focus on at the beginning. She offers courses in person in a hall, outside in the park and on zoom so hopefully there is something to suit everyone. Would definitely recommend.

Annabel's yoga classes were recommended to me a while ago but due to work and commuting etc, I struggled to get into a routine. Lockdown has been a revelation as annabel's zoom classes have meant that I have been able to do classes on a weekly basis. I had been sceptical as to how she could accommodate all abilities within a class, but she manages… it seamlessly. Though I regard myself as a beginner, I never feel out of my depth. My husband was ill with incurable cancer from 2007 and I was living this temporary life, not knowing how long it would last for my three (then small) children and I. I had been suffering with anxiety and stress and was worried constantly.
Once a week Annabel dragged me to the present time.
By moving my body and focussing on me, and my mind for an hour and a half each week, I felt like I had a weekly reset button.
Each week I could come and talk with friends

Annabel is really brilliant. I've been attending the classes she runs at my company and as a yoga novice was made to feel immediately at home. She's very tuned in to what people need from sessions and listens and observes very carefully, making her an excellent teacher. We really do manage to tune everything else out during the sessions and we get a very good work-out too, despite not being in a gym - you certainly feel and see the results in terms of greater physical flexibility and mental well-being afterwards.
