If you are a beginner or an experienced yoga student and are looking for Yoga classes in Bromley, Kent you have come to the right place. Regular classes take place within the area of Bromley and Deborah also runs workshops, one to one sessions, residential weekend breaks and yoga holidays/retreats abroad.

Deborah encourages students to work correctly in order to reach their individual full potential while being sensitive to students personal needs and limitations. She teaches with clear instructions and safety in mind, but also likes classes to be fun and challenging. If this is your first yoga class, you may be feeling a bit apprehensive, but come along, give it a try, and you will find the classes friendly and welcoming.

Yoga will help to improve your flexibilty, stamina and strength. It doesn't take long before you feel your body getting healthier, stronger and more energised. You will learn relaxation and breathing techniques that will help to reduce stress levels, but overall, practising yoga will simply make you feel better in both body and mind.
Small car park on site or park in the church car park in West Common Rd, just around the corner. Bromley Common Village Hall, Hastings Road, Bromley, BR2 8NZ.(next to the BP petrol station).Car park on site. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in and be prepared to work in bare feet.

All other classes are running as normal with cover teachers while Deborah is away in holiday. If you are attending your first class please arrive early so that Deborah can have a chat about your general health. In class we work on building strength, stamina and flexibility paying attention to the alignment of introductory and intermediate poses, sun salutations, breathing exercises and inversions (upside down poses).
Deborah has been running yoga retreats and yoga holidays for over 10 years, providing wonderful retreats in specially chosen, beautiful locations. On these retreats students can deepen their practice and mix with like minded people. You will rejuvenate and energise both mind and body while also finding time to totally relax.
