Great spot for traveling yogis! Not a “spa” yoga experience but lots of diverse styles of yoga lead by amazing instructors. Love Love Love the CORK mats. Having nice cork mats as a sweaty person like me allows max grip / no slip! The shower can take a bit to figure out but that’s par for the course as an American trying to work U.K. plumbing. Nice receptionist and welcoming greetings every time. Fun community of nice peoples go to this studio. I will be back the next time I’m in London...

I go to lots of yoga studios in London.
This is my favourite because of the teachers and the super friendly reception staff. They have two rooms on hot and one not, it’s not so rammed you are all one top of each other and most of the classes are fairly mixed in experience, I would really recommend this place.
Recently changed to Yogarise ownership, they have a couple more studios I've not tried the others. It is still brilliant by far the friendliest central London studio and still (or even more so) great teachers).
I recommend you try it..beginner or seasoned yogi there is something for everyone

I just wanted to write a quick note on the Ashtanga Mysore and the Ashtanga led class.
I feel so much stronger since starting Mysore and I really find the practice to be so beneficial on the body but also on the mind , teaching how to stay focus and really feel the pose.
Alice is a great teacher, she takes her time to adjust and explain the pose and since I have recovered from an old wrist injury, I really appreciate teachers who explain and adjust.
Same goes for Valentina's led class, she is very attentive and she really delivers a focused and meditative class.
Amazing teachers! Since practicing

Really like the classes here. There's a sense, at least from the yoga teachers I like that they really care about their students and engaging with them. Jennifer potter's classes are fun and light-spirited, Kate Lovell's are often busy but great on a Wednesday evening, and having yoga followed by 15 minutes meditation is really helpful.

It was okay for the first few months and then one day I was accused of using someone else's mat by one of the yoga teachers which i was completely unaware of because everyone picks up a mat from the yoga centre. His name is Luis Veiga and is an extremely rude yoga teacher, was verbally aggressive to me about the mat situation and also does not know his limits and is often seen flirting with one particular staff at the reception. I will NOT recommend Yotopia to anyone, there are better places to look for if you are looking for yoga places in London.

Awesome experience at Yotopia yoga studio. The studio is at first floor and has large windows for filling it with natural light. The teachers are very professional, they have appointed only the most experienced teachers there. Workout mats are available for rent or can buy one at reception.
Overall great experience. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Great hot studio for a sweaty yoga experience. Friendly staff and a calm and relaxed environment. Teachers' quality is satisfactory in general. Class size is decent and not too crowded, best to avoid rush hours to have a nice workout. Facilities and equipment are sufficient and clean. Definitely one of the best yoga studios in this area.
